Processing Time
All orders are prepared and packed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. During sales, launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship worldwide, including the United States and countries within the European Union.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–14+ business days
- Europe: 7–14+ business days
- Rest of the World: 7–14+ business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, carrier issues, or high shipping volumes.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Sweet Baby Jane is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect information provided at checkout. However, we will always do our best to assist you in locating your package.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
