Return & Refund Policy
At Sweet Baby Jane, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30 day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation
To start a return, please contact us at sweetbabyjane.shop@gmail.com. Returns sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, underwear, intimate apparel, and personalized or custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale items and gift cards are also non refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase if eligible and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without justification. Items must still be returned unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
